Seashell Trinket Dish 🐚🌊 These decoupage dishes are so simple to make and the end result is so pretty! All you need are a few seashells, napkins, and mod podge! Seashell necklaces- @fableengland 1. Separate the backing from the napkin and cut out the piece you’d like to use inside the shell. 2. Paint a layer of mod podge inside the shell, then place the cutout napkin on top. Smooth the napkin flat against the inside of the shell. 3. Cut away the excess napkin around the edge. 4. Add a layer of
